There are tons of entertaining and informative videos on the Internet, and one of the most common and lightweight formats for these videos is Flash, or FLV. There are plenty of ways to download videos from sites like YouTube and Dailymotion, but we suspect that many people are disappointed when it becomes apparent that FLV files can’t be handled by the average media player. Moyea FLV Player’s interface is quite plain and intuitive, not differing significantly from the average media player layout. In fact, the program doesn’t offer a whole lot in the way of features, really–just the typical 100 percent, 200 percent, and full-screen views, autoreplay, and so-on. We do like that the program offers a Favorites list, allowing users to keep track of and easily access their favorite videos. The program’s online Help file is brief but adequate. Overall, the program is a simple solution to the problem of viewing FLV files, and it doesn’t do much else. It can’t handle any other file types, so it won’t replace your primary media player, but it does a fine job of playing Flash videos. Sometimes all a program needs to be worthwhile is one thing that it does well, and by that criterion, Moyea FLV Player succeeds.
